Our hard drive crashed. After Adam dropped our external hard drive last year and broke it, we didn't replace it.
So unless we can retrieve our data, there goes a lot of saved documents and all of our family pictures. And it will be a while before I get back into posting. I guess we had to learn the hard way.
(Don't tell Adam, but he's getting an external hard drive for Christmas)

That same thing happened to us. Luckily, we had some documents and pics copied to disc, but I know we lost a lot of pics.
SABRINA! I just googled you guys and found your blog. I LOVE the name Jackson. Do you guys call him Jack? Lilly is getting so big. We miss you guys, it pulled on my heart to see the trunk or treat.

Most likely you should be able to get the data. If you want I can tell Adam what to try.
And if you really, really need the data you can pay a professional to get and they will probably be able to get it almost guaranteed (http://www.cdrdatarecovery.com/)...On a side note I used this company for work to recover data from a RAID5 disk array ... which all you need to know is almost impossible and they did it.
Sabrina - Tyler has helped lots of people retrieve data from broken hard drives, so wait before you throw it away! I'll have him talk to you or Adam.
